What is Inaniwa Udon?
Originating in the southern part of Akita prefecture, Inaniwa Udon is made by a traditional hand-pulled method and one of the three most well-known types of udon in Japan. It has a slightly yellowish tint and flat, thin shape. The texture is extremely smooth.

About Sato Yosuke Inc.
Established in 1860, Sato Yosuke Inc. is located in Yuzawa city’s Inaniwa-machi in Akita prefecture. To this day, they continue the tradition of making hand-pulled Inaniwa Udon noodles.

About Mr Go Yamanobe
He is the Managing Director of Inaniwa Yosuke Restaurant, and has been developing Sato Tosuke Shoten’s Inaniwa Udon in Hong Kong since 2008.
